About Dr. Kevin Gitlin & Dr. Daniela Gitlin
We are two psychiatrists in private practice in Plattsburgh. NY. We diagnose and treat brain disorders of emotion, thought, and behavior. Because we are medical doctors, we prescribe medications in addition to offering counseling and therapy: individual, group, couples and family.
Our practice is restricted to adults only. We accept most insurances.

Credentials
We graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 1987, and did our residency training (apprenticeship) at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY from 1987 – 1991.
We are licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York and are certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. We have been practicing psychiatry since July 1991.
